Terms

Plain-English terms.

FilingGuard provides paid informational document-review reports before you decide what to verify next.

Informational report only

FilingGuard reports are informational only. They are based on visible notice details, uploaded files, user-provided fields, and review logic.

No professional advice

FilingGuard does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, or government-agency advice. FilingGuard is not a government agency and is not a substitute for contacting the official source directly.

California annual-minutes review limits

FilingGuard does not file Statements of Information, prepare corporate minutes, perform a live entity-status lookup, decide whether a California filing is due, determine corporate-record obligations, or conclude that a business is compliant.

Labor-law poster review limits

FilingGuard does not determine which workplace posters apply, whether an organization is covered by a statute, whether the organization is compliant, whether no poster is needed, whether a deadline may be ignored, whether a sender broke the law, whether a private seller is government-approved, or whether a penalty will apply. State and local applicability is not evaluated.

Verify before paying

You are responsible for verifying notices, amounts, deadlines, payment destinations, and legal obligations through official sources before paying or taking action.

No guarantee

FilingGuard does not guarantee that a notice is real or fake. The review may miss signals, interpret visible details incorrectly, or lack context that changes the appropriate next step.
